Vikram Talukdar delivered his debut magic show in the year 1992at the age of seven. He became the youngest Assamese to get the coveted ‘Jadu Samrat’ title at the age of thirteen in 1997. He possesses the largest collection of Magic and Illusion of north east . Two ware house full of Magic over hundreds of miracles & magical props . Jadu Samrat VIKRAM and his 30 hours of Magic is an amazing body of work. Each illusion takes over 2 -4 yrs to conceive and develop 2 yrs from sketch to stage to spectacle. He shocked the people of Jorhat in 2001 by making a skeleton drive a car right on the streets of the town.In 2004 His Excellency Dr. A.P.J Abdul Kalam, the President of India presented Vikram with a ‘Certificate of Honour’ at the Rashtrapati Bhavan.In the same year Mr. Gegong Aapang, the then chief minister of Arunachal Pradesh specially honoured him with “YOUTH ACHIVER” memento.He has shared the dais with noted many noted personalities, intellectuals, eminent writers, singers, celebrities, artists, actors, political leaders and sportspersons as well as other cultural icons from India & abroad.Vikram Talukdar is a Teacher of Magic & Illusions GURUKUL MAGIC ACADEMY & RESEARCH CENTR
