streetbeats crew is a dream project of 2 bboys (founders) namely prayag parab aka bboy rockbeat and ganesh jadhavar aka bboy leo. both of them were student of freak n stylez bboying academy PUNE, when they thought to come together and form a crew for betterment of local hiphop scene and to build their own strength. in
October 2012 they started their journey as crew, after some days 3rd founding member Abhishek More a.k.a bboy shytoon who was also freak n stylz student, joined the crew. And later on other like minded bboys and dancers joined crew. streetbeats also have few of their members from Nashik and Mumbai as they have friendly relation with most of the crews in Pune and nearby cities. crew not only practice/ perform/participate in hiphop events but also organise jams/workshops/private tutorials to give a platform for local youth and young generation to gain knowledge about hiphop culture and bboying as art form. Streebeats crew is specialised in dance forms such as bboying (breakin) , popping, house and other street styles.
