It is with great pleasure that, we 136.1 Yoga Studio announce another wonderful Yoga Retreat at ‘Dharmashala’ Himachal Pradesh, led by Shantanu Saha. This retreat has been planned from 4th November (Saturday) to 10th November (Friday) for 7 days.

We are looking for early confirmation from your side since these months are the peak season for ‘Dharmashala’ due to excellent weather, getting good hotel in Dharmashala becomes very difficult; more over flight tickets from Chennai – Delhi - Dharmashala becomes very expensive.

This retreat will include visit of Mcleodganj, Dalhousie, Khajjiar and Amritsar.

This retreat is open for all studio members as well as for others.
